On 15 and 16 September BEST Network partners, the largest network on biometrics in Europe, will gather to discuss key issues in biometrics to date. The meeting will take place at the Fraunhofer Institute in Darmstadt (Germany).

Focus of the meeting will be passports and public administrations, ABC systems at airports, emerging applications such as Access Control, Time & Attendance, and training & education. The meeting will have pleneray parts as well as break out sessions based on the topics and working group participants.
